Equipped with a Human-Machine Interface (HMI), PHYS allows the user to monitor the cleaning process through a 7” touchscreen monitor, with capacitive technology.
Thanks to an integrated microcomputer, the user will guarantee the control and interpretation of data from a barcode, QR code, or RFID reader (optional) – as the number of sterilized items, types of items (e.g. jackets), etc., will communicate via RS232.
This microcomputer will centralize the system's entire information management, having the autonomy to control every peripheral and obtain data from the various existing sensors, integrating all communications via Ethernet, USB, WiFi, Bluetooth, RS232 and CAN bus. Communication with the microcomputer will be carried out via CAN bus - a system recognized for ensuring robustness in the transmission of a high amount of data.
The machine's various subsystems, such as the ozone injection system, UVC lamps, extractor, ventilation, electromagnetic lock, etc., are controlled through a board that communicates through the CAN communication protocol with the HMI.
It also allows real-time measurement of temperature, humidity, and ozone, using a small board, solely dedicated to greater precision. The communication between the control board and the sensing board is carried out via the I2C protocol.
PHYS Sterilizer is prepared to allow the control, validation, and confirmation of all the performed sterilization processes through a dashboard, and integration with other existing software through an API.
